该项目于2008 年3 月破土动工，于2009 年9 月试生产出第一炉完整合格多晶硅，生产工艺上具备了高效低耗、循环回收利用、热能综合利用等先进技术，在HCL 气体洗涤系统、高纯水制备系统中使用GF 的优质产品，整体工艺技术达到国内一流、国际先进水平。
TIANWEI New Energy is a new hi-tech enterprise specialized in manufacturing and sale of polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon and solar cell modules. It has conducted a polycrystalline silicon project with the annual
yield of 3000t and the total investment of about RMB 2.2 billion. The project was launched in March, 2008 and piloted in yielding the first stove of complete qualified polycrystalline in September, 2009.
In possession of advanced technologies in manufacturing process such as high efficiency and low cost, recycle, and comprehensive utilization of thermal energy, it has applied quality GF products in HCL gas scrubbing system and high-purity water preparation system, overall processing technology of which is capable of reaching the top level at home and the leading level in the world.
